Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

- Return/exchange items must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
- Pointe shoes must be unworn & not broken in AT ALL, with no signs of damage in the shanks or box.  To avoid the chance of pointe shoes being damaged on their return to us we recommend shipping them back in a box NOT a mailing envelope. Pointe shoes with ribbons or elastics sewn cannot be returned. 
- Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box, and be in mint condition with no scuffs or signs of wear. 
- Apparel that is altered cannot be returned.  Apparel must be unworn, tags attached, with no make-up stains, perspiration stains, tobacco odor, or soil.
- No returns on tights, socks, undergarments, hair products, gel accessories, or clearance items.  
- Return/exchange postage must be prepaid by buyer.  Buyer will not be reimbursed for any postage or handling from the original order or the return order.
- Dance Tampa is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
No returns on tights, socks, undergarments, hair products, pointe gel accessories, or clearance items.  

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
